Ash Services ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, email (optional), profile photo.
• Location: to show nearby services and the service location (only with your permission).
• Booking and payment data needed to complete the service.
• In-app messages between client and specialist.

How we use your data

To provide the service, process bookings and payments, communicate with you, and improve the App. We never sell your data to any third party.

Data sharing

Only the data necessary to complete a booking is shared between the client and the specialist, and with trusted service providers (such as the payment gateway and hosting).

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data permanently from within the App: Profile → Delete Account.

تطبيق Ash Services ("التطبيق") يحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، الصورة الشخصية.
• الموقع الجغرافي: لعرض الخدمات القريبة وتحديد موقع تقديم الخدمة (بإذنك فقط).
• بيانات الحجوزات والمدفوعات اللازمة لإتمام الخدمة.
• الرسائل بين العميل والأخصائي داخل التطبيق.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم بياناتك لتقديم الخدمة، معالجة الحجوزات والمدفوعات، التواصل معك، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث.

مشاركة البيانات

تُشارك البيانات الضرورية فقط بين العميل والأخصائي لإتمام الحجز، ومع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين (مثل بوابة الدفع وخدمة الاستضافة).

حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر: الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب.
