سياسة الخصوصية
باختصار
Cortex دفتر يعمل محليًا على جهازك. لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية، لا نرسلها، لا نبيعها، لا نشاركها، ولا نحلّلها. لا يوجد حساب، لا تسجيل دخول، لا تحليلات، لا إعلانات، ولا أي أداة تتبّع من طرف ثالث.
البيانات التي تُحفظ
أفكارك، التصنيف الذي يضيفه التطبيق لكل فكرة، الروابط بين الأفكار، لغة الواجهة التي اخترتها، الخط العربي المفضّل لديك، واسم العرض (إن أضفته). كل ذلك يُكتب في التخزين المحلي الخاص بهذا التطبيق على جهازك، ويُمحى عند حذف التطبيق.
الميكروفون
عند فتح شاشة الصوت، يطلب التطبيق إذن استخدام الميكروفون من نظام التشغيل. الصوت يُمرَّر إلى محرّك التعرّف على الكلام المدمج في جهازك بهدف تحويل كلامك إلى نص يُحفظ مع باقي أفكارك. لا يغادر الجهاز أي تسجيل صوتي، ولا يحتفظ التطبيق بالصوت الخام.
التعرّف على الكلام
يتم التعرّف على الكلام عبر إطار العمل المدمج في iOS أو خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في Android. قد ترسل هذه الخدمات في بعض الأجهزة قصاصات صوتية قصيرة إلى مزوّد المنصّة (Apple أو Google) وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بكل منهما. التطبيق نفسه لا يفعل ذلك.
الشبكة
عند أوّل تشغيل، يجلب التطبيق خطوط IBM Plex من Google Fonts ويحفظها محليًا. بعد ذلك لا يُجري أي اتصال شبكي. لا قياس استخدام، لا سجلّات، ولا مزامنة مع خادم.
الأطفال
التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات من أي شخص. ولأنه لا يجمع شيئًا، فلا يجمع بيانات أي طفل.
حقوقك
تستطيع حذف أي فكرة من شاشة التفاصيل، أو حذف الكل من شاشة الملف الشخصي، أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق — أيٌّ من الثلاثة يمحو بياناتك من الجهاز نهائيًا.
التغييرات
في حال تحديث هذه السياسة، تظهر النسخة الجديدة هنا ويتقدّم تاريخ السريان.
Privacy Policy
Summary
Cortex is a local-first notebook. We do not collect, transmit, sell, share, or analyse any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracker.
Data we store
Your notes, the categories the app assigns to them, the links the app computes between them, your chosen interface language, your chosen Arabic font, and a display name (only if you set one). All of this is written to private on-device storage allocated by the operating system to this app, and is removed when you delete the app.
Microphone
When you open the Voice screen, the app asks the operating system for permission to use the microphone. Audio is handed to your device's built-in speech recognition engine for the purpose of transcribing your words into a note. The transcript is stored locally with your other notes. No audio recording leaves the device, and the app does not retain raw audio.
Speech recognition
Speech recognition is performed by Apple's on-device Speech framework (iOS) or the Android speech recognition service. On some platforms or older devices these services may forward short audio snippets to the platform vendor (Apple / Google) under their own privacy policy. The app itself does not.
Network
On first launch, IBM Plex Sans Arabic, IBM Plex Sans, and IBM Plex Mono fonts are fetched from Google Fonts and cached locally. After that, the app makes no further network calls. No telemetry, no logs, no remote sync.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone. Because no data is collected, no children's data is collected.
Your rights
You can delete any note from its detail view, clear all notes from the Profile screen, or uninstall the app — all three remove your data permanently from the device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here and the effective date will move forward.
